• Transactions: plan, payment status, invoices (payments are processed by our PCI-compliant providers; we don't store full card details).
• Usage & device data: pages viewed, features used, events (e.g., sign in, create project), IP address, browser/OS, referral source.
• Support content: messages, attachments, and feedback.
• Project data: project names, calculation inputs/outputs, files you upload or generate.
• Cookies & similar tech: to operate the Service, remember preferences, measure performance, and run limited marketing/attribution.
